Sarita Garg is an experienced attorney; possessing over five years of legal experience in a multitude of different practice areas such as criminal, personal injury, immigration, tax, business and family law.

Sarita received her undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta in 1998, completing a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. After graduating, she attended law school at Ohio Northern University, and graduated in 2001. While at Ohio Northern, she was involved in mediation and arbitration and represented clients in temporary protection order hearings, misdemeanor offenses, and traffic trials under a third year bar card at the Public Prosecutor's Office. In addition, she completed extensive research on state and federal bad faith insurance topics, including bad faith insurance claims, unfair settlement of claims, and misrepresentations made by insurance companies. After graduating from law school, she worked in the field of Immigration, working on cases involving TN Visas, H-1B Visas, F-1 Student Visas, and Permanent Resident and Green Card applications. After becoming licensed in Texas, she worked at a national tax advisory firm and specialized in providing government tax sponsored incentives and specialty tax services to small and mid-sized companies throughout the United States.
