Delia De La Garza is an experienced attorney with many years of practice in a variety of areas such as immigration, family, criminal, probate and civil litigation. Delia has excelled in representing clients in Immigration court and assisting clients with obtaining a variety of employment based visas, family based visas and U.S. citizenship. She is fluent in Spanish. Delia received her undergraduate degree from Drexel University in May 2001, completing a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering. After graduation, she attended law school in Houston at Texas Southern University – Thurgood Marshall School of Law and received her Juris Doctorate in May 2004. She has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since November 2004.
