Angela N. Martin

Angela N. Martin is an Associate Attorney at Smith & Garg.  Her areas of practice include business litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and residential lending disputes.  She is currently an active volunteer with the Harriet Buhai Family Law Center in Los Angeles, California assisting low income pro se clients in family law matters.  She has been duly licensed to practice in the State of California since November 2005.

Ms. Martin was born and raised in the Southbay Area of Los Angeles, but traveled east to attend Dartmouth College where she received her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology with a minor in Government in 2002.  During her time there, she also attended Universitat de Barcelona during the fall of 2001.  She returned to Los Angeles to attend Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, for her Doctorate of Jurisprudence and completed the program in 2005.   Her law school externships included the United States Small Business Administration and the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
