Jennifer L. Ray

Jennifer L. Ray is an Associate Attorney at Smith & Garg and she possesses vast litigation and negotiation experience. She has helped numerous clients resolve their legal issues in family law and civil litigation matters. Ms. Ray has represented numerous clients in all facets of divorce, adoption, modification, SAPCR, and enforcement proceedings. She has also successfully represented clients in civil causes of action involving business formation issues and landlord-tenant law.

Ms. Ray attended Tyler Junior College where she was on the Dean’s List. She graduated with honors in 2002 from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. After graduation, she moved to the Houston area to obtain her law degree. Ms. Ray received her doctorate in jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2006. While in law school, she received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and was on the Dean’s list. Ms. Ray has completed the Mediator Training Program and is a Certified Mediator . She also completed the Advocourt Training Course for Amicus Attorneys in 2007 and has been duly licensed in the State of Texas since 2006.
