What is a Will?

A Will is a document which is written that directs how your assts and your estate shall be disseminated upon your death. There are certain requirements which must be met under Texas law in order for you Will to be considered valid. You can amend and/or change your Will at any time prior to your death so long as you are of sound mind. If you do not have a Will and die without one, you are said to die intestate and you assets will be distributed by operation of law.
